Did you see where the house on the corner of Dunraven and Oxbridge (only 3 houses below mine) sold for $211,950? I was very excited to see that sale and my house was only $146,500. Thanks again so much for finding the perfect house for me and my Mom. She really loves her suite and is enjoying the city too. But she still gets a little homesick every once in a while for the "Corner." We take her home eveyr month or so for a visit and it seems to keep her content. My appraiser here at work just told me last week that she couldn't use my sale on my house because it was so low compared to the rest of the subdivision. I guess, I have a very special angel watching over me. It must be my Dad!

It's been a little over a year since I bought my home, now I cannot smell a rose out of my garden in the summer or set beside a cozy fire in the fireplace in the winter without remembering how I came about owning my own precious little dream cottage. I  had dreamed long of owning my own home. I am so appreciative to you for all the help you rendered to make this dream a reality. Your enthusiasm, knowledge and "it can be done attitude" made it my joy and pleasure to have you there for me. I have a firm belief in the workings of the Lord, all the things I prayed to have in my own home I received, even when I saw the house it was hard to believe it was there and it was mine. I also believe you were a God send especially to help me after all the Lord only sends the best he has!

My husband and I asked the  impossible, and you complied. After one of your clients bought our home in Chester, we had only ten weeks to move. When Pat and I first decided to place our home on the market ourselves, we thought that if the house sold, we would move twice because we wanted to build our dream home somewhere in the woods. Of course, as soon as we signed the contract on our Chester home, we decided we could not stand the thought of moving twice. We gave you impossible requirements for our dream home: at least, we thought the requirements were impossible. You made sure you understood our dreams and diligently set to work. You did not rely just on your computer system; you called the listing agents and asked for more detailed information on any houses that seemed to fit our requirements of acreage, square footage, and price range. You made sure that Pat and I did not waste our time looking at houses that did not meet our needs. You mapped out a erritory covering seven counties which would meet our mileage requirements and planned our house visits. You even got me into a house that was not for sale just to make sure that you uunderstood that that was the house for which we were looking - as long as it was situated in the middle of ten plus wooded acres such that we could not see a single neighbor. Because I worked and my husband traveled, you made yourself available to us separately, making your job twice as hard, but you never complained. In fact, you even revisited houses so that my sister could see them also. You returned all calls promply and always answered our questions, no matter how silly the questions may have been. The word impossible must not be in your vocabulary because not only did you find for us our dream house, but you also managed to coordinate four closings that were all connected to ours a week earlier than originally expected. When we would think about all the things that could go wrong you would tell us not to worry because making "things" work was your resonsibility, and you meant it. Thank you for making us the proud and contented owners of our dream home in the woods!
